Refunds/Exchanges Policy

1. If you book more than one skills course, you must make the payment on the same day of booking. However, this rule does not apply to sibling bookings. You will have 24 hours to complete the payment, or you will be removed from the course.
2. When booking a skills course, you have 48 hours to complete the payment before you are removed from the course.
3. Please check your email and/or Facebook for communication about the skills courses you are signed up for.
4. Once payment has been made and the skills course has started, there will be no refunds or exchanges for any skills unless offered by the management.
5. If management offers any discounts or free-of-charge services, you have 60 days from the day it was offered to book sessions. (This includes any sessions that were canceled by trainer with an option to complete in another class.)
6. When making payments, please note the course for which you are signing up in the notes section of Venmo or Zelle.
7. There are no make-up sessions for classes you miss. Classes that are canceled by trainer will be rescheduled on the website and updated with new dates and times on the day the class is canceled.

8. AAU ONLY: It's important to note that if you sign up to participate in CDG AAU Summer/Winter basketball and are selected to play, there will be no refunds or exchanges for skills if you decide that the program is not a good fit for you after practices have started. Any refunds that may be given would be at the discretion of management.
